Game of the Season So FAR? Talk Sport needs new writers
So it’s fun to be able to listen to the radio call of games. For those who know me, I’d rather listen to a match than watch it. That’s partly because my lovely mother decided that it was smart for her children to grow up without television, and have a real life. I know, isn’t that horrible? Actually not being raised by a TV? (She’d say it was horrible, I thanked her for it so many times). But sometimes when you are listening to a match you need to realize that the commentators are just frustrated ex-players who’d rather be playing Footy Manager or going to Katy Perry concerts. For seeing a 2-2 match against the Champs, I’ll take that. Good Ole Talk Sport hyping this match up too much.
Two games one freaking point. Yeah the “fans” online are hating that. Well at least Sahin will come in the side next match and play well. Oh and Lucas is out again. Ok, so twitter, bloggers, and radio commentators will find the bad parts of the match, and that’s probably what sells airtime, gets people paid etc. Yeah, and we see why, when you speak about the positivity of the sport and find a good thing about the sport, that you are an employee of a retail chain instead of writing for your pay. Yeah….. Maybe positivity isn’t the best part of life.
Ok, so Allen, Borini, and Jonjo all looked good, and there’s that 2 foot tall (again Talk Sport needs new writers) Raheem Sterling, nice buy, by the club before Brenden got to the club by the way. For a young kid, Sterling definitely showed today that he’s more worth it, than Charlie Adam and Stewart Downing. But once again they are both on the books. And there’s still a lot of good players in the youth teams for the club to use, and not the stupid signings that are causing us not to sign Neymar.
Side note – Coates starting, looking good, and taking one of the Centre Half spots, does that mean Cara needs to retire? Yup.
