A Very Celtic type post
Well I was thinking one the way into work, that I needed a Celtic article up. After reading as much possible on the other sites about no to Rangers FC, I figured something out. The footballing establishment isn’t going to allow what proper fans want. It’s in the best interest for Rangers/their owners to go away, and to be made to stand up for their actions. But we all know that’s not going to happen. Folks, when has society made people stand up for their actions in sports.
(yeah I put the sports thing in there, I know I’m limiting it down, but I have a degree in WWII history). Folks how many times can you say that a sports person was held accountable? It’s not that in this economic climate that people should be made to struggle more than they already are, but what Rangers and the SFA have done over the years, is wrong and needs to be stopped. Thinking here out loud in Buffalo NY, things like this have to stop. I’m not taking a big stand on this yet, but let’s put it this way, SAY DOWN WITH RANGERS/NEWCO.
It’s not that I want the biggest rival of Celtic to go away, because they are the biggest rival, I just want anything bad out of the sport. I know that’s a crusade, that I would have to spend the rest of my life at. The first step is to get clubs out who have cheated/skirted the law out of the sport. Ok, so I know there’s going to be people who look at this and say well Celtic isn’t always the calmest/most perfect club out there. But small steps folks, small steps.
